Custom laser die cut one panel sized 4.25″ x 6″ on 4080 18.25″ x 6″ pre-scored customer supplied press-sheets. Supplied pre-scored 2 up on 20″ x 13″ sheets. Stock is 100# Cougar Cover. Please supply 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. Shipped back flat bulk. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Pricing DO NOT include shipping. We do not offer pick up service. For freight estimate for shipping from our facility we will need exact address, weight of shipment, dimensions and class to ship under (this determines your insurance per pound, i.e class 70 provides 90¢/pound) and/or required insurance and receiving facility ability to receive truck delivery. Add an additional $1096.20 per 2000 pcs ordered. Note that this re-quote is using design that have been greatly revised to require less inches cut per piece.
