Prototyping. The laser process do not involve tooling, it does however involve a detailed and meticulous set up process. We will gladly help you provide your customer with a mock-up/sample. Send us 20 sheets of the material you intend to use and we will custom cut samples at this discounted Prototype rate (plus the standard set up charge quoted separately). Custom laser diecut the date 02 07 19 on customer supplied press sheets sized 8.5″ x 13.25″. Laser die cut will be done on one panel of the mailer. Shipped back flat for customer finishing (score, trim, glue & fold). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
