Custom laser cut 1000 customer provided press sheets sized 8.5″ x 11″ 90# cover, please supply 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. Each sheet to be cut with 10 individual header cards sized 3.5″ x 1″, shipping back bulk 10000 individual header pieces. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Prototype quoted separately. Please note that these specs are per your instructions in earlier emails. Add an additional $548.10 for each additional 1000 sheets ordered at the same time up till 5000 sheets total. Add an additional $445.75 for each additional 1000 sheets ordered thereafter in the same order.
