Custom laser die cut, score and trim 600 gift card sleeves from customer provided press sheets. Please provide 15 % extra for set up, testing and waste. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Supply press sheets 1 up. flat size is 13″ x 6.875″ and folded size is 6.125″ x 6.125″. Note that the folding score and one glue tab score be done with traditional scoring equipment, The score for the second glue tab will be done with the laser. Shipped back flat bulk. We do not offer gluing, folding or assembly services. NOTE, printing is not included or quoted. As we print digitally and the stock required is manufactured for offset printing we are not able to offer printing. The quote covers converting the sleeve only. Add an additional $306.50 for additional 400 pieces. Tolerance 1/32″.
