Custom laser die cut detail on 7000 inner mailer pull outs sized 5″ x 8.75″ from customer supplied 110# Gloss Cover press sheets. Sheets supplied to fit within our 500mm x 500mm laser bed, 4-UP. Please supply an additional 10%. Laser detail to cut is the “window” around the rooster. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (trim).
