Custom laser die cut, score and trim 2200 postcard envelope holder from customer supplied press sheets. Supplied on 270gsm cover stock, 2-UP. Individual piece measures flat 7.75″ x 17.2″. Please supply a minimum of 10% extra press sheets for set up, testing and waste. Note that scores on bottom of folded piece will be done with conventional scores. Scores on the 2 sides by the glue tabs will be done by laser. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (gluing, folding, assembly). Add an additional $72.50 for each additional 100 individual pieces ordered.
