Please supply an additional 10% for set up, testing and waste. — NOTE Because of the overall size of this printed piece, we would need the press sheets delivered pre-scored and trimmed into individual pieces. Leaving the edge for ‘tab’ and starburst untrimmed. NOTE — Shipped back flat for customer finish. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. 3000 pieces total $1105.65 – 3500 pieces total $1263.15 – 4000 pieces total $1404.90 – 5000 pieces total $1686.06. Add an additional 5% for press sheets being on 100# Coated Cover.
