Custom laser die cut, score and trim 2500 tri-fold cards from customer supplied press sheets, 107# Reich Shine Cover. Please supply sheets 2-UP to fit our specs of 19″ x 19″ (1250 sheets). Please supply an additional 10% for set-up, testing and waste. Final piece measures 6.25″ x 18.625″, with laser cutting being done on one panel. Final piece will have 2 scores, folding in the same direction. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (Fold – is not a service offered). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Please add an additional $425.50 for each 1000 pieces ordered.
