Custom laser die cut soundwaves (2 @ ~60) on 2 panels of 275 mailer/invite. Customer supplied press sheets from 12pt C2S. Please provide 20% extra for set-up, testing and waste. As far as the lamination question we would like to test cut actual pieces to determine compatibility with a laser. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish. Please note that this quote is without scoring and trim. The press sheets measurements falls outside of our specs.
