The 2 versions you have listed are also different in thickness. Cost for laser die cut work is based on time. Pending thickness and composition of material teh time the laser need to curt each piece can vary greatly. Based on the sheets provided measuring 11″ x 17″ and fitting 40-up on each sheet it is our guess-stimate that the cost will be no less than shown here. When providing stock, we will need an additional 10% for set up, testing and waste. It is certainly possible to leave the individual pieces in sheets for punch-out. We would suggest leaving 4 to 8 tads holding the piece, as opposed to perforating the whole cut, which is a more time consuming laser operation. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. It would be our recommendation that you provide us with at least 1/2 dozen sample sheets. That would give us opportunity to evaluate the stock.
