Custom print, mount and laser die cut 200 sheets each of 5 layouts containing numerous individual picture prints. Printed 4/0 on 120# house white digital uncoated cover stock. Sheets to fit configuration of 11″ x 17″. Mounted on 0.05 standard craft colored chip boards. Shipped bulk – by the set – no special packaging or sorting included. Customer to supply print ready, high resolution, to size file with bleed (.ai, .psd, .pdf). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. IMPORTANT NOTES: This quote is as noted above based on the layouts fitting on standard 11″ x 17″ sheets. Going outside of industry standards to 12″ x 15″ will significantly increase the cost as both cover stock and especially chipboard will be custom ordered. We noticed your notation of ‘no bleeds’. We strongly advise that each individual image have bleeds in the print file. Printing without bleeds will expose variance tolerances for registration in printing, mounting and cutting, making it noticeable once the individual pieces are cut in the form of white edges and cut-off image. Lastly we were wondering if you have considered alternate options for achieving the final product? As a general rule Chip board mounting is an expensive and labor intense process accounting for 60% of the cost quoted here. We would be happy to discuss other options should you so desire.
