Sheets supplied 2-UP on 21″ x 14.50″ sheets – sheets can be no wider than 14.50″ to fit within our specs. Please supply an additional 15% for set up, testing and waste. Note that the design presented will require several passes through both converting equipment as well as laser. First: The scores needs to be done separately depending on which way the fold. Second: The scores where the people pop up, can not be done with converting equipment, they will have to be done with the laser (Note that scores made with a laser are done by cutting 2 lines into the material). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (fold,glue,assembly,etc.). Add an additional $514.88 for increasing the order to 4000 pieces.
