Custom laser die cut and trim 1700 book covers from customer supplied pre-scored press sheets. Sheets to be kept within our 19.5″ x 19.5″ spec, please supply 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. Cutting one word (1″ x 5″) on one panel each of the covers. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk. Add an additional $304.50 for each 500 additional covers ordered. Please note that your design will not cut correctly as supplied with this quote. The centers of A,D,O,P would disappear without adjustments in the fonts.
