Custom laser die cut 6000 octagon pieces sized 5.5″ x 1.5″ from customer supplied press sheets. Quote is based on sheets being no less than 12″ x 18″ and no larger than 14″ x 20″ with octagon pieces printed 18 up. Stock is 100# cover. Please provide 15% extra for set up and waste. Shipped back flat bulk. No sorting. Note that we do not offer gluing or assembly services. We are quoting option ONE only. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
