Custom laser die cut 250 mailer sleeves from customer supplied press sheets. Laser area ~3″ x 4″ on one panel. Press sheets delivered 2-Up, please make sure that the area to be cut from both fit within our laser bed of 19″ x 19″ (The 2 panels can not be in the middle of a 25/26″ sheet. Please supply a minimum of 15% extra for set-up, testing and waste. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat for customer finish (score,trim,fold etc.) – 500 pieces total $228.68, 1000 pieces total $396.90, each additional 500 pieces after that $172.50.
