Custom laser die cut, score and trim 100 folders from customer supplied press sheets. Please supply 20% extra for set up, testing and waste. Supply for one up, do not supply the stock sized 8.5″ x 11″, we need excess for trim. Folders are sized 8.5″ x 11″, folding to 5.5″ x 8.5″. Laser die cut on one half. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Billed at $68.00/hr. Shipped back flat bulk.
