Custom laser die cut and trim 5600 Carrier Folios from customer supplied pre-scored press sheets. Sheets sized 13″ x 20″ delivered 1-UP on 110# Uncoated Cover. Please supply an extra 10% for set-up, testing and waste. Laser die cutting 4 panels of Folio (1@ 6″x6″ – 3@ 3″x6″ – approx.). Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Looking at the proposed design, we have concerns about some of the finer branches. Material left after cutting will be very fragile and subjectable to tearing, just in our necessary handling between cutting and packaging. In addition transport to you will likely cause issues, not to mention your finishing assembly. Short of packing each piece individually between 13″ x 20″ 60/80# Cover we have no good suggestions unless the design is altered. Pricing do NOT reflect any extra handling in terms of special packaging.
