Custom laser die cut, score and trim 500 each of 6 card versions from customer supplied press sheets. Please supply 15% extra of each version for set up, testing and waste. We are assuming they will be supplied 2-up. Final pieces is 5″ x 12.5″ with 3 scores, two glue-taps and one thumb tack, folding to 4.5″ x 6.25″ sleeve. Laser cutting geometric design from panel of each piece, make 3 scores and trim. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finishing (gluing, folding, assembly etc.). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Add an additional $2005.50 for each set of 500 each of 6 different card designs (3000 units) added to the initial order.
