Custom laser die cut from customer provided press sheets, please provide an additional 20% for set up, testing and waste. Stock is 130# standard cover. Sheets must fit within our laser bed of 19″ x 19″ (19″ x 25″ is too large). Shipped back bulk sheets for customer finish (Trim,Score,Etc.). The RFQ did not specify actual size of piece or portion to be laser cut, so we reserve the right to adjust quotation once actual specs are received. Laser die cutting pricing is based on inches/time, so actual size is pertinent to pricing. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
