Custom laser die cut 1200 customer supplied press sheets sized 13″ x 20″ 1-up. Cutting 148 window details and roof top line. Returned flat bulk for customer finishing and trim. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. We will as usual aim to limit the laser burn. Yes it is primarily on the back side that it occurs (The side facing down – away from laser – in the laser chamber. This particular piece would normally be cut from the back side. The reason for this would be to hide the edge of the paper in the windows. Cutting from the front will leave small beige-ish colored edges in the windows.
