Custom laser die cut 1000 individual cards measuring 2.45″ x 2.80″ from customer supplied press sheets (order calls for 100 each of 10 different designs), please provide 10 sheets each text version for set up and waste. Quote based on cards being printed 20 up on 13″ x 19″ sheets. We will also suggest that you have these printed 2@10 up, so that all 10 text versions are shown twice on each sheet. This would reduce your print cost and we would only need a total op 70 sheets to fill your order. Please note that we print digitally only, and your stock requirement is beyond the specs for digital printing. 24pt stock can only be printed offset. Shipped back bulk, packed by design. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
