Custom laser die cut, score and trim 425 Holiday cards from customer supplied pre-scored press sheets. Stock is 80# Cover. Please provide 20% extra for set up, testing and waste. Please note that sheets cannot exceed 24″ length. Cards are sized 22″ by 5″. Supplied as 1-up. Any scores running the full width of the final piece will be done using traditional finishing equipment. Scores not running the width will be done with the laser, from one side, the same side we will be cutting from. Note that the entire area of the card that requires laser cutting, including slit and tab must fit inside our laser bed of 19″ by 19″. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk. We do not offer assembly or folding services.
