Custom laser cut 250-300 envelopes from customer supplied press sheets or stock. Please supply 15% extra for set up and testing. Quote is for scoring, trimming and laser cutting crown pop-up. We do have a note about the design, The Crown extends beyond the envelope both width and height. It would also need to be scored and folded in order to comply with USPS reg and be able to be delivered to your clients in a decent shape. Note that we print digitally dry toner, and as such can not print on colored stock. Therefore we have not quoted material or printing. but based the quote on die-cutting ONLY. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
