Custom print, laser die cut and score 250 half fold holiday cards sized 5″ x 7″. Printed 4/0 and 4/4 on 120# stock un-coated white digital cover. This project will need 2 separate pieces printed. Interior printed 4/0 and laser die cut & scored, exterior piece printed 4/4 and scored. This quote do NOT involve trim (please see notes below). Customer to supply print ready, high resolution, to size file with bleed (.ai, .psd, .pdf). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk for customer assembly, trim and fold. Envelopes not included. We have a clear idea of the concept you are looking to create (it’s a neat idea) The exterior piece will be scored using traditional finishing equipment. The interior piece will be scored using the laser. This is necessary since scores run in different directions and do not extend the full width (length) of the finished size. When assembling the 2 pieces it will be imperative that the scores line up perfectly in order to fold (and unfold to show stairs) correctly. It is not possible to guarantee 2 separate pieces scored and trimmed separately and on multiple pieces of equipment to do so if the work flow is: print-score-trim-laser-assembly. The sequence needs to be: print-score-laser-assembly-trim. Otherwise there is a risk that the sheets will not align properly. You’d also need to consider making the scoring on the exterior a double score line as it will need to fold “around” a double layer of 120# cover.
