Custom laser die cut, score and trim 120 jackets from customer supplied stock (1 up), please provide 25% extra for set up, testing and waste. Please note that scoring will be done using the laser. The jacket have 2 score lines (one on the main piece and one for the glue tab) that do not run the length of the stock. Laser scoring is accomplished by cutting 2 lines next to each other into the stock vs. traditional scoring which is done by creasing the stock. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
