Custom print, score, trim and laser die cut 1000 business cards sized 3.5″ x 6″ – folding to 3.5″ x 2″ – from house stock, 100# or 120# digital white uncoated cover. We do not recommend heavier stock because of double folding. All our digital stock is uncoated both sides. Customer to supply print ready, high resolution, to size file with bleed (.ai, .psd, .pdf). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Make sure to adjust file for tri-folding the business card. Please note that the registration with this layout is very tight. We need allowance for minor shifts.
