Custom laser die cut, score and trim 2700 leave behind brochures from customer supplied press sheets. Stock is 120# cover. Please supply 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. We are to laser cut 4 windows from each piece. Supplied 2 up on 18.25″ x 11.25″ (!!) trimmed to final size of 9″ x 11.25″. Please note that your proposed/stated press sheet size on the short is the same measurement as finished size, we would need 1/8″ bleed both sides. Also note that your proposed/stated press sheet size on the long is only 1/4″ larger than the combined size of 2 pieces, leaving them printed butting up to each other, thus risking the trim not to be in the exact spot. We would need 1/8″ on both sides of each piece. The press sheets needs to be 18.50″ total to yield 2 pieces measuring 9″ each. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Shipped back flat bulk, un-folded. Add an additional $427.90 per each additional 1000 pieces (500 press sheets) ordered at he same time as the original 2700 pieces.
