Custom laser die cut, score and trim 300 Gate Fold invitations covers from customer supplied stock sheets. Please provide 15% extra for set up, testing and waste. Gate fold is measuring 5″ x 7″ folded. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Looking at your design we would like to point out that the design as sent will need several adjustments in order to be suitable for laser cutting. Assuming the white portions are what will be cut away as waste, the area with the curved text at the top will completely disappear. many places there will not be enough material left to maintain integrity or keep the piece structurally together. This is especially true next to the fold/score. It is not possible to fold cover stock when all that is left on one side of the score is 1/16″ of stock. Not to mention that at the bottom the border around the text when cut as shown will result in the entire area falling away. This quote is for laser cutting only, no material,
