Custom Laser Die Cut, score & trim 4000 tri fold invites sized 16.5″ x 8.5″ from customer supplied press sheets on metallic gold cover. Supplied as 1 up. Please supply 10 % extra for set up, testing and waste. We doubt this can be an issue on this project but as a precaution we recommend testing your cover of choice for compatibility with laser cutting. Some metallic covers can not be cut with laser, as the laser beam bounce of the reflection. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. We do have concerns on the file that you have sent, in it’s current layout you will be folding the invite through the laser cut portion. that may prove difficult at best. We recommend having a solid area of material where the score/fold will be. Shipped back flat bulk. We do not offer folding services
