Custom laser die cut one sunburst on one panel of 36000 Trifold Brochures on customer supplied pre-scored press sheets. Brochure measures 22.375″ x 7.5″ flat. Press sheets are delivered 2-Up. Please make sure that press sheets fits our laser bed specs of 19″ wide. Sunburst measures approx. 2.5″ circular. Press sheets shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (trim, fold etc.). As far as the foil stamp required on the same panel as the laser die cut. This should not be an issue as long as the foil is not occupying the same space as the sunburst. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Delivery TBD. The requested timeframe of less than a week turn over is not feasible.
