If you deliver 5 cut files – one of the measurement you believe to be correct and 4 variations (2 slightly larger and 2 slightly smaller) we will cut all 5 and you can determine from that point what will be the best solution for your application. Custom laser die cut 3500 stencils from 1/8″ standard double wall corrugated sized ~10″ by 10″. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Cut is a circle with 2 “tabs”. Note that our lasers are Galvo laser heads thus there will be some beveled edges when cutting corrugated of 1/8″ thickness.
