Custom laser die cut 3500 stencils from 1/8″ standard double wall corrugated sized ~10″ by 10″. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Cut is a circle with 2 “tabs”. Note that our lasers are Galvo laser heads thus there will be some beveled edges when cutting corrugated of 1/8″ thickness. We also want to make sure that we have understood the request correctly in comparison to the previous quote we did. You have reduced the quantity but also the size of stencil required
