Eastwood “Tree Label”

Custom laser die cut 20 tree shaped labels from customer supplied pre printed label stock. Supplied 4-UP (5 sheets). Please provide an additional 10 sheets for testing, set up and waste. PLEASE NOTE – we are not sure what label material your client has requested, but note that vinyl labels do NOT cut well with a laser. Being that a laser uses the light beams heat to cut, vinyl has a tendency to burn on the edges and a clean cut is near impossible to attain. Polyester paper labels on the other hand cuts very nicely, as does any paper labels. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
