Custom laser die cut 100 customer supplied press sheets with 4-up postage stamp style design. Each stamp approx. 1¼” square. Please provide an additional 15 sheets for set up, testing and waste. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. You have inquired about the possibility of foil stamping causing issues for the laser. This is a concern, but we would not know for certain until actually cutting. If your suggestions of supplying the press sheets without the foil stamp and apply this after we have cut them is a viable one, we strongly suggest going this route.
