Custom laser die cut 2000 book covers from customer supplied press sheets/stock, 2-UP on 19″ x 25″ press sheets 120# Silk Cover. No printing required. Please provide a minimum of 10% extra material for set-up, testing and waste. Please note that the sheet size exceeds our specs for laser bed. As long as the entire area of laser catting fits within 19″ x 19″ from the short edge we should be able to manage the sheet size. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finish (trim, fold, glue, assembly etc.). Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
