Custom laser die cut and trim 1300 cards measuring 5″ x 7″ from customer supplied stock. Quote is based on stock being supplied to fit 4-up (325 sheets) – please provide 15% extra for set up, testing and waste. Stock is 100# uncoated text cover. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Please note that some of the finer details in the cut may have to be adjusted. They may not hold up against the laser’s vacuum. We also recommend that there are no breaks in the final edges of the piece. Having breaks will increase laser/production time and the pricing quoted.
