Custom print and laser die cut 250 sets of dividers for sample kit boxes. Each set consists of 2 pieces, each measuring 16″ x 4″. The pieces are not identical – One piece will have a vertical slot cut from the top and the other a slot cut from the bottom. Printed 4/4 on 120# house digital white uncoated cover stock. Please make sure this material meets your needs. It is not chip board or cardboard. We print on Xerox iGen digitally dry toner and the maximum weight is 120#. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Customer to supply print ready, high resolution, to size file with bleed (.ai, .psd, .pdf). Shipped flat bulk for customer assembly. Add an additional $363.30 to increase order to 500 sets.
