Description

Custom laser die cut 100 album covers from customer supplied museum board. Please supply a minimum of 120 sheets for set up, testing and waste. To be laser cut is 12 rectangles sized 6″ x 5.5″ in 4 columns. Sheet measures 22.75″ x 19.5″ – Make sure that the area in which laser cutting is being done is no larger than 19″ x 19″ to fit within our specs. Please note that since we are using Galvo lasers the cuts in the museum board will have bevels slightly varying in angle pending their placement in relation to the laser head. No trim or further process required. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting.
