Custom laser die cut 750 packaging cards for lip balm from customer supplied pres sheets. Cards are 8cm x 8cm finished, laser die cut with a center circle and small leaf cut as well. NOTE that this quote do not include printing. We print exclusively with Xerox iGen digital dry toner, and your stock request is too heavy for that process. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. NOTE that the leaf design needs to be reworked. If we are cutting the black lines, the entire inside of the leaf will fall away. There needs to be connections between material to hold it. If we are to be cutting the inside of the leaf. The leaf should be printed as a solid block (leaf), and it is likely that variances will not render the outside leaf line consistent around the cuts.
