Custom laser die cut and trim 100,400 cards from customer supplied press sheets. Final card is 3″ x 3″. Laser cutting simple rose bud, one on each card. Stock is 110# Neenah Smooth cover. Please supply press sheets to fit our specs. Printed 25-up. Please provide 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. Shipped back bulk flat sheets for customer trim and finish. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Please note that cutting with a laser a different than traditional die cutting equipment. The Laser is physically cutting by burning it’s way through the material. A natural occurrence from this process can be slight discoloration around the cut. Please note that we go to great lengths to minimize and/or eliminate this from the finished product.
