Prototype. Custom laser die cut and trim 200 cards from customer supplied press sheets. Final card is 3″ x 3″. Laser cutting simple rose bud, one on each card. Stock is 110# Neenah Smooth cover. Please supply press sheets to fit our specs. Laser bed is 19″ x 19″. The sheets can be 20″ as noted but must be trimmed from 23″ to 11.5″, printed 15-up. Please provide 25 sheets for this prototype. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Please note that cutting with a laser a different than traditional die cutting equipment. The Laser is physically cutting by burning it’s way through the material. A natural occurrence from this process can be slight discoloration around the cut. Please note that we go to great lengths to minimize and/or eliminate this from the finished product.
