Custom laser die cut one panel – 7.5″ x 7.5″ – on 1200 sleeves from customer supplied press sheets measuring 12.5″ x 18″, one-up. Stock is 26pt Neenah board. Please supply an additional 10% for set up, testing and waste. Shipped back flat bulk for customer finishing (score, trim, glue, fold). Once you have made your final decision let us know and we will forward an email with payment link. Normal production time is 8-10 business days, not counting days in transit from approval of sample. Please allow time for special custom ordered stock to be received. Faster production time may incur rush fees. We do not offer assembly services (glue,fold). 1700 finished pieces $1325.41. 3250 finished pieces $2429.75 and 5250 finished pieces $3663.50. Subject to testing the chosen material.
