Custom laser die cut, score & trim 3675 folders from customer provided press sheets. Sheets must be provided to our specs, sized max 19.5″ x 19.5″. Folder measures 13″ x 13.75″ excl gussets. Please provide 10% extra for set up, testing and waste. Stock is 100# Sterling Dull Cover. Shipped back flat bulk. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Please note that the scores will be done suing the laser, and not with traditional scoring tooling.
