Custom laser die cut, score and trim 650 individual single envelope sleeves with flower design in the shape of a bottle on one panel from customer supplied press sheets 13″ x 20″ with 2 up (325 sheets) Please supply 20 % extra for set up testing and waste . Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Note that scores runs in 2 directions, The single score – 4″ measurement – will be scored using traditional converting equipment, the other 2 scores measuring 9.25″ will be scored with the laser. Shipped back flat bulk, unfolded. No glue or assembly included. Add an additional $99.75 for each additional 150 sleeves ordered.
