Custom laser die cut 2500 invites from customer supplied press sheets. 80# Opaque cover printed 2 up. Design to be laser cut is within 4″ x 2″ on each. 1250 sheets total, please supply 10 % extra for set up, testing and waste. Customer to supply die line file for cutting. Preferred file format is an Adobe Illustrator Vector file (.ai) Other formats will require additional set up preparations and production time/cost to prepare for laser cutting. Our preliminary thoughts and concerns on the design center on leaving enough material to hold the material together. In the text the inside part of ‘g’ is likely to break off, as well as the insides of ‘e’ ‘p’ and ‘h’, although these are better we suggest modifications. As far as the fireworks stars goes, note that on the large center one, the entire center (Size of a dime) is for certain going to fall off. There are a couple of more spots where minor modifications are needed as well. Any modifications done by LaserLogik are not included in this quotation.
