Flat size 19.5″ x 16″. Our laser bed holds 20″ x 20″, sheet size must fit within this size. Ship back flat bulk for finishing. Folding, Gluing and assembly not offered. We strongly recommend that AM Litho do the scoring and final trim in-house with regular die. The size of the flat folder is exactly at our max cut area, leaving no room for variance, and the scores would be done with the laser which makes scores by cutting into the material vs. regular scoring. The finished result would be better. For 100# Oxford Cover add 10%. For 110# Felt Cover add 15%.
